Aspiring nursing students are invited to enroll in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at Palo Polytechnic College.

📋 Enrollment Requirements:
• Form 137 (Grade 12 Report Card)
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• PSA Birth Certificate (Original Copy)
• Three (3) pieces 1x1 ID picture (white background, decent attire)
• One (1) long plastic envelope
