𝗦𝗠𝗔 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦 | 𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗡𝗢. 𝟬𝟭𝟮, 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

The 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 – 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐈𝐋𝐄𝐆𝐆-𝐋𝐒𝐆) formally informs all ILEGG students of the approval of Ordinance No. 012, Series of 2026, also known as the “𝐈𝐋𝐄𝐆𝐆–𝐋𝐒𝐆 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔,” authored by SMA Member Flordelez M. Suerte, SMA Member/CoFPA Representative Rosalia P. Apordo, and SMA Member Honey Jane P. Hermosa.

This ordinance establishes a comprehensive disciplinary and administrative accountability framework that promotes discipline, transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct among officers, members, committees, and students under the Institute of Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Good Governance. It institutionalizes clear guidelines on violations, sanctions, enforcement mechanisms, due process procedures, and administrative responsibilities to strengthen organizational integrity and responsible governance.

The ordinance covers provisions concerning violations of organizational policies, abuse of authority, negligence of duty, misuse of organizational resources and funds, financial accountability, disclosure obligations, dereliction of duty, unlawful appointments, misconduct in office, administrative investigations, treasury regulations, audit mechanisms, and disciplinary processes that ensure fairness, accountability, and institutional order.

Furthermore, the ordinance strengthens transparency and financial governance by establishing provisions on financial reporting, internal audits, disclosure requirements, accountability mechanisms, misuse of funds prevention, record-keeping responsibilities, and due process standards to uphold the integrity and credibility of the ILEGG–LSG.

This ordinance reflects the continued commitment of the ILEGG–Local Student Government to uphold ethical leadership, accountability, organizational discipline, financial transparency, and responsible governance in fostering a student-centered and integrity-driven institution.

The 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞– 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐈𝐋𝐄𝐆𝐆-𝐋𝐒𝐆) officially commenced the PAGSANDONG 2026 at Davao del Norte State College Gymnasium — a gathering dedicated to empowering student leaders through ethical leadership, collaborative governance, and meaningful public service.

The program featured engaging sessions on crafting student ordinances and resolutions, understanding parliamentary procedures, and strengthening responsible leadership through active dialogue and participation. Guided by esteemed speakers and student leaders, each segment of the program aims to create a space where ideas are transformed into informed action and where governance is practiced with integrity and accountability.

PAGSANDONG 2026 is more than just a leadership gathering, it served as a platform where voices were heard from. As the day progresses, every discussion, question, and exchange becomes part of a larger commitment to developing empowered and purpose-driven student leaders.
