San Francisco, Panabo City, Davao del Norte.

CHARLIE COMPANY NAMED KABISIG AWARDEE
Panabo City, Davao del Norte — Charlie Company, 1102nd Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion, led by 1LT JOSE R CURAZA JR PA (RES), was recognized as one of this year’s Kabisig Awardees during the “Gabi ng Parangal” on 23 March 2026 at the Panabo Multi-Purpose Tourism, Cultural and Sports Center, as part of the city’s Silver Anniversary celebration.

The award, conferred by the Local Government Unit of Panabo City under Hon. Jose E. Relampagos, honors the unit’s outstanding contributions to socio-economic programs and community development. Charlie Company has consistently demonstrated its commitment to public service through active involvement in civic, disaster response, and capacity-building initiatives.

The 1102nd Community Defense Center, 11th Regional Community Defense Group under COL JULITO P GARAY MI (GSC) PA commends Charlie Company for this achievement, which reflects the dedication of its personnel and the strong support. The recognition highlights the unit’s continued role in strengthening community resilience and fostering a safer, more capable Reserve Force.
