ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
1. First-time homeowner
2. Endorsement from any:
-LGU
-DHSUD
-NGA
3. Active Member of Pag-IBIG Member
(within 24 months remittance)
4. Income Classification.
5. NO outstanding Pag-IBIG Short Term Loan
6. Legal Capacity
7. Age Limit
-65 years old and below.
-Not more than 70 years old on loan maturity.
8. NO Pag-IBIG account foreclosed
9. NO Pag-IBIG account cancelled
10. NO Pag-IBIG default

PROCESS FOR BENEFICIARIES
1. Memberships Validation, Compliance and Consolidation of list.
2. Pre-Qualified Beneficiaries
3. Endorsement of DHSUD
4. Validation of Pag-ibig.
5. Qualified Beneficiaries.
6. Individual Turnover.

Pabatid:

Ang housing o pabahay na mayroon ang bayan ng Pandi ay ang Pandi Terraces.
Maaari kang mag apply dito kung ikaw ay ,
(1) Residente sa bayan ng Pandi , at
(2) Miyembro ng Pag-ibig.

Magpunta lamang sa aming tanggapan (Local Housing Office) at magpasa ng xerox/ photocopy ng mga sumusunod:

1. Member's Data Form (MDF) / Loyalty Card ng Pag-ibig.
2. Voters Certification or Voters ID

Kahapon ay naganap ang Consultative Meeting para sa Livelihood Program kasama ang mg HOA Presidents /Officers, NHA - Bulacan District Office , NHA-CSSD Main Office, Fil-Gulf Manpower and General Services Inc. , Local Housing-LGU Pandi at ATEC .

Tinalakay dito ang mga pagsasanay o trainings na maaaring ibahagi sa lahat ng Resettlemet Site dito sa Bayan ng Pandi.

Ito ay naisagawa sa pamamagitan ng pakikipag-ugnayan sa ;

Ginanap ang "Public Attorney's Office- Outreach Program" kahapon , Enero 31, 2024 (Miyerkules) sa Barangay Mapulang Lupa. Ito nagsagawa ng libreng Konsulta o legal na payo at libreng notaryo sa iba't ibang Resettlement sites sa Bayan ng Pandi.
