On 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟑𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 (𝐏𝐒𝐔) 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧, 𝐒𝐭𝐚. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐔𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐚 campuses conducted a formal 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 programs, coinciding with the official 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟. This assembly marked the formal conclusion of military training for the graduating cohort, providing an occasion to commend their academic and tactical achievements and to induct the incoming student leadership.
The ceremony was presided over by a distinguished assembly of university and military officials, including 𝐃𝐫. 𝐑𝐞𝐲𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞 𝐄. 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐬𝐚𝐭, PSU NSTP Director, serving as the Guest of Honor and Speaker; 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐑𝐄𝐘𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐃𝐎 𝐃 𝐁𝐈𝐁𝐀𝐓 (𝐆𝐒𝐂) 𝐂𝐄, 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒), 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐭; 𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐑𝐘𝐀𝐍 𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐃 𝐃 𝐁𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐎 (𝐅𝐒) 𝐏𝐀, 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟏𝟎𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫; 𝟏𝐋𝐓 𝐃𝐎𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐎 𝐂 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒 𝐈𝐈𝐈 (𝐀𝐆𝐒) 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒), 𝐓𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫; 𝐒𝐠𝐭. The successful ex*****on of this program is attributed to the strategic oversight of University President 𝐃𝐫. 𝐄𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐌. 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐬. His continued commitment to leadership development and national service remains instrumental in the advancement and institutional efficacy of the university's ROTC and NSTP programs.

The 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝 (𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐌) is set to hold the 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐑𝐀𝐀𝐓𝐈) 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 for Pangasinan State University cadets.
RAATI is a yearly mandatory tactical assessment and exercise that evaluates the teamwork, preparedness and skills of the ROTC cadets under the 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 (𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐏) of the university.
𝐂𝐨𝐥. 𝐄𝐮𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞 𝐅, 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐞 (𝟏𝐍𝐅) 𝐏𝐀, Chief GSMO of the 7th Infantry Division of the Philippine Army and Chairman of RAATI will serve as the guest of honor.

On 2 May 2026, the 𝐏𝐒𝐔 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧, 𝐔𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐚. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 conducted its 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝟗𝐭𝐡 - 𝟏𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐲 for the 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, held at the 𝐔𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐚 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥.
The activity was led by 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐑𝐄𝐘𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐃𝐎 𝐃 𝐁𝐈𝐁𝐀𝐓, 𝐆𝐒𝐂, 𝐂𝐄, 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒), 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐭, under the supervision of 𝟏𝐋𝐓 𝐃𝐎𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐎 𝐂 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒 𝐈𝐈𝐈 (𝐀𝐆𝐒) 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒), 𝐓𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫, together with 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐄𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐆 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐚 (𝐈𝐧𝐟) 𝐏𝐀 and 𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐏 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐞 𝐌 𝐀𝐠𝐩𝐚𝐨𝐚 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬), together with the Training Staff and Advance ROTC Officers.
The training included the Arrival of Honors, Map Reading, and Drills and Ceremonies, which aimed to enhance the cadets’ discipline, coordination, teamwork, and presence of mind.
A total of 𝟐𝟑𝟎 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐂𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐭’𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞’𝐬 were actually participated in this activity.
The activity also reinforced the cadets’ understanding of basic military procedures and strengthened their overall leadership and organizational skills.
Overall, the training day was conducted successfully, with active participation and cooperation from the cadets, contributing to the continued development of their military knowledge, discipline, and teamwork.
