Job Summary:
We’re looking for a responsible and organized Admin/Secretary to help manage our property and tenants.

Main Tasks:
💼 Monthly billing & collections (rent, utilities, etc.)
🧹 Keep the admin office organized
👥 Supervise staff (housekeeping, maintenance, security)
🏢 Daily property checks & reporting
💰 Cash handling, payroll, permits & admin work

Qualifications:
✅ With 1–2 years experience (Fresh grads welcome!)
✅ Honest, responsible, can work with minimal supervision
✅ Knows basic Excel, Word & Canva
✅ Good communication & English skills
