𝗔 𝗕𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵, 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲

Today, the Callaguip Branch witnessed a baptism that went beyond ritual—it became a powerful testimony of faith, hope, and redemption. Trixie Kyle Biscante Acdal was baptized in a sacred and deeply moving service, one made unforgettable by the man who performed the ordinance, her father, Francisco Acdal.

For those in attendance, emotions ran high as Francisco, a returning member of the Church, stepped into the font despite his physical limitations. Currently recovering from a mild stroke, his journey back to activity has not been easy. Yet, with quiet determination and unwavering faith, he fulfilled his sacred role as a father—baptizing his own daughter and symbolizing not only her new beginning, but also his own spiritual return.

As Trixie emerged from the waters of baptism, there were sense or gratitude, healing, and renewed commitment. The moment spoke volumes of a father’s love that transcends weakness, of a daughter’s faith anchored in family, and of a Savior whose grace makes strength possible even in frailty. Members of the branch, along with friends and loved ones, felt the Spirit strongly, many moved by the evident hand of the Lord in this tender experience.

This baptism will be remembered not just as an ordinance performed, but as a living testimony, that through Christ, families are strengthened, hearts are healed, and faith finds a way forward. In the Callaguip Branch today, hope was renewed, and love was made visible, one sacred moment at a time.

The Callaguip Branch celebrated the true spirit of Christmas through a meaningful branch Christmas program held on December 27, 2025, centered on the uplifting theme “𝑳𝒐𝒗𝒆, 𝑱𝒐𝒚, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑯𝒐𝒑𝒆. The program brought together members of the branch, interested persons or investigators, and returning members in a warm and faith-filled gathering that highlighted the Savior Jesus Christ as the heart of the season.

The program featured heartfelt musical numbers, inspiring messages, and presentations that reflected the values of love for one another, the joy found in Christ, and the hope that comes through His gospel. Each part of the program reminded attendees that Christmas is more than a celebration—it is a time to remember God’s greatest gift to mankind and to strengthen faith, unity, and compassion within the community.

What made the occasion even more special was the presence of investigators and returning members, who felt welcomed and embraced by the branch. Their attendance reflected the inclusive and loving environment fostered by the Callaguip Branch, where everyone is encouraged to come unto Christ regardless of where they are in their spiritual journey.

The Callaguip Branch Christmas Program was not only a celebration of the season but also a testament to the power of fellowship and faith.

As the year comes to a close, the messages of Love, Joy, and Hope continue to inspire members to live the teachings of Jesus Christ beyond Christmas and into the coming year.
