EPX Manila is looking for experienced VoIP/TELCO TELEPHONY ENGINEER LEVEL 2 to join a PIONEER account team.* You’ll support customers in the US and Canada by:

✅ Remotely diagnosing, documenting, and resolving issues involving hardware or networking services
✅ Supporting the deployment and installation of new equipment

Required Experience:
✅ VoIP/Telco operations, including SIP, QoS, and call routing
✅ Linux/Unix
✅ IT Infrastructure Management
✅ Application Support
✅ CCNA Certification (nice to have)
