Account Executive for Nueva Ecija

Job Description:

· Responsible for coordinating the sales retention programs designed to win back, reward, and retain existing agents in the network

· Up-sell or cross-sell existing products and services to travel agents located in assigned sales territories

· Ensure healthy transactions derived from assigned agents in the territory of assignment

· Deliver and meet the business and service level needs of existing customers

· Provide continuous product update and training to ensure system familiarization of all handled agents

· Assist handled agents on their inquiries, complaints, and requests

· Occasionally conduct market intelligence on competitors’ activities, including product or service pricing and sales techniques

· Prepares daily/weekly reports



Qualifications:

· Preferably a graduate of Tourism or Travel Management or any bachelor’s degree

· Preferably with at least one (1) year experience in sales but fresh graduate may also apply

· Results-oriented and team player

· Has the ability to interact and deal with all kinds of people at all levels

· Hardworking and can work with less supervision

· Willing to do fieldwork
