Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil or related field)
• PRC-licensed Engineer
• At least 2 years of experience in bid tendering, cost estimation, and bid document preparation
• Proven experience in government and private sector bidding
• Knowledgeable in government procurement procedures and private bidding requirements
• Proficient in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost analysis
• Skilled in MS Excel and MS Office; estimating software is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under tight deadlines
• Responsibilities include preparing technical and financial bid documents, cost estimates, and supporting bid submissions
• Site visit from time to time
• Assigned Location: AFPOVAI, TAGUIG
