This position is ideal for someone who can lead from the side β supporting sales activities, maintaining CRM hygiene, and helping the founder stay focused on high-value work. Should atleast have 2 years experience on the said role.

β’ Block time for strategic work, sales conversations & business development
β’ Handle multi-time-zone coordination
β Meetings & Communication
β’ Schedule internal & external calls
β’ Resolve conflicts, send reminders, track action items
β’ Maintain high-touch communication with clients & prospects
β CRM & Sales Operations (Zoho preferred)
β’ Maintain CRM accuracy and deal stages
β’ Tag leads, track follow-ups, prevent leads from going cold
β’ Surface warm leads for re-engagement
β’ Support nurturing activities & relationship building
β Sales Process Discipline
β’ Keep the founder accountable to daily/weekly sales activities
β’ Reinforce ideal client profiles & outreach quality
β’ Provide pipeline snapshots and outreach rhythm reports
β Content & Presentation Support
β’ Create/edit decks, workshop materials & written content
β Operational Logistics
β’ Coordinate with vendors, manage materials, support event prep
β Weekly Reporting
β’ Meetings summary, priorities, pipeline health & task completion

β Qualifications & Ideal Traits
β’ 3β5 years supporting a founder or C-suite executive
β’ Experience in consulting, coaching, or professional services
β’ Strong CRM knowledge (Zoho/ActiveCampaign preferred)
