β€’ Handle multi-time-zone coordination

βœ” Meetings & Communication
β€’ Schedule internal & external calls
β€’ Resolve conflicts, send reminders, track action items
β€’ Maintain high-touch communication with clients & prospects

βœ” CRM & Sales Operations (Zoho preferred)
β€’ Maintain CRM accuracy and deal stages
β€’ Tag leads, track follow-ups, prevent leads from going cold
β€’ Surface warm leads for re-engagement
β€’ Support nurturing activities & relationship building

βœ” Sales Process Discipline
β€’ Keep the founder accountable to daily/weekly sales activities
β€’ Reinforce ideal client profiles & outreach quality
β€’ Provide pipeline snapshots and outreach rhythm reports

βœ” Content & Presentation Support
β€’ Create/edit decks, workshop materials & written content

βœ” Operational Logistics
β€’ Coordinate with vendors, manage materials, support event prep
