How it Works:
1. Application & Qualification: Complete a Reservation application and provide necessary financial documentation. We will assess your financial situation to determine your eligibility and tailor a payment plan to your needs.
2. Reservation Agreement: Upon approval, you will sign a RA agreement with a built-in option to purchase. This agreement will specify the monthly payments, the purchase price, the equity-building component, and the terms of the purchase option.
3. Equity Buildup: You will begin making monthly payments, a portion of which will be applied towards the purchase price of your unit.
4. Purchase Option: After a specified period (typically 1-3 years, depending on the agreement), you will have the option to purchase the unit at the pre-agreed price. You may choose to secure financing through a traditional mortgage or utilize your accumulated equity towards the final purchase.

5. Sign the Contract & Pay Down Payment

6. Apply for a Housing Loan (if needed)
✅ Submit loan application to a bank or Pag-IBIG

7. Deed of Absolute Sale & Turnover
