The Tech Stack:
Framework: Built with p5.js and the p5.sound library for real-time analysis.
Visuals: A mix of custom ASCII geometry, Unicode symbols, and Zalgo text.
What Reacts to the Audio:
The Central Island: The core island text and its Zalgo ‘corruption’ grow and distort based on the amplitude.
Glitch Entities: The ‘birds’ are unicode characters that speed up and glitch out into raw Zalgo chunks when the volume peaks.
The Palms & Water: The swaying of the palm leaves and the wave intensity are both mapped directly to your track’s frequency levels.
