Proposed 318 SQM Office Design

Our client wanted to maximize the space with a 180 degree view of the Rufino’s neighbouring facade. Beneath the glass wall, we came up with a more minimalistic design approach by dividing the work spaces through bricks and concrete finish. We also proposed use of laminated woods for flooring and column clad to give off a comfy vibe.
