Meeting with the GAD Focal Point System members led by DDG Kat Sinsuat De Castro to discuss the finalization of the GAD Plan and Budget for FY 2025 and to highlight the GAD-related interventions for the next Senate Committee budget hearing.

The management of the Presidential Broadcast Service (Radyo Pilipinas) has successfully completed their GAD Agenda for 2024-2028. The PBS-BBS GAD Committee embarked on the journey of integrating gender equality principles and perspectives in their Management Planning since last year. This initiative prompted them to develop their GAD Strategic Framework (GAD Vision, Mission, and Goal Statements). And this year, their GAD Strategic Plan was completed and is subject for approval and issuance of an office order from Director-General B**g Aportadera.

This document is the testament of the dedication and strong-willed leadership of Deputy Director-General Joey Sy-Domingo, who was with the GAD Focal Point System in every step of the way.

While their process may have taken longer compared with the development of other GAD Agendas, one thing is for certain, their leadership from all ranks are more invested into ensuring their agency is gender-sensitive, inclusive, and fair for all.

The Management Team of the Bataan Peninsula State University led by their University President Ruby Santos Matibag recently concluded "Paglalaop: Leadership Synergy for Efficient Conflict Management" facilitated by Stride Solutions OPC.

The Management team from the University President, Vice Presidents, Directors, and all managers went through three days of comprehensive gender- and culture-sensitive conflict management sessions leading them to design innovations to address perennial conflicts toward the end of the workshop.
