EARLY REGISTRATION FOR S.Y. 2026-2027 IS NOW OPEN FOR KINDERGARTEN, GRADE ONE, SNED, TRANSFEREES AND BALIK-ARAL.

Lahat po ay inaanyayahan sa January 31, 2026 sa ganap na ika-6 ng umaga para sa Kick-Off Parade at susundan ng Opening Ceremony sa Buting ES Covered Court.

“Para sa mga magpapatala, mangyaring sundin ang mga sumusunod na paalala ukol sa pagpapatala.

Tandaan:

1. Para sa mga Incoming Kindergarten, isumite ang mga sumusunod:
*Birth Certificate (Preferably Original PSA for verification only and 1photocopy)
*Filled up Basic Education Enrollment Form
*Kinakailangan na ang bata ay limang (5) taong gulang sa/o bago mag-August 31, 2026 (DepEd Order No. 20, S.2018).
*Para sa mga maglilimang (5) taon mula November 01, 2026 hanggang December 31, 2026 ay pwedeng tanggapin kung sila ay nakapag-Day Care Center at pumasa sa ECCD mula sa Day Care Center.

2. Para sa mga Incoming Grade One, isumite and mga sumusunod:
*Birth Certificate (Preferably Original PSA for verification only and 1photocopy)
*Filled up Basic Education Enrollment Form
*ECCD Checklist from Kindergarten (Original Copy)

3. Para sa mga SNED Learners, isumite ang mga sumusunod:
*Birth Certificate (Preferably Original PSA for verification only and 1photocopy).
*Filled up Basic Education Enrollment Form
*Updated Developmental Pediatrician Assessment (Photocopy)

4. Para sa mga Transferee and Balik-Aral, isumite ang mga sumusunod na kinakailangan:
*Previous Completed Report Card (SF9) with LRN Number
*Birth Certificate (Preferably Original PSA /NSO for verification only and 1photocopy)
*Filled up Basic Education Enrolment Form (BEEF)
*Good Moral Certificate (if from Private School only)

ADVISORY:

Suspension of Face-to-Face Classes in DepEd National Capital Region Public Schools on October 13-14, 2025

In light of the increasing incidence of influenza-like illnesses among learners and personnel and the recent series of earthquakes affecting various parts of the country, the Department of Education – National Capital Region (DepEd NCR) issues this advisory to ensure the continuity of learning while prioritizing the health, safety, and structural security of all public schools.

To provide time for disinfection, sanitation, and building inspection, all face-to-face classes in public schools in the National Capital Region are suspended on October 13–14, 2025.

During this period, schools shall implement Alternative Delivery Modalities (ADM), either synchronous or asynchronous, as provided under DepEd Order No. 54, s. 2012, to avoid disruption of learning. All schools are directed to utilize the suspension period to:

a. Conduct cleaning and disinfection of classrooms and common areas;
b. Carry out structural and safety inspections of school buildings and facilities;
c. Prepare for the facilitation or implementation of drills on earthquake preparedness and other emergency protocols; and
d. Reinforce health and safety practices among learners, personnel, and parents.

Furthermore, this advisory reinforces DepEd Memorandum OUOPS-2025-06294, emphasizing earthquake preparedness and response procedures, including coordination with Division Engineers and Local Government Units (LGUs) for inspection and mitigation actions.

Private schools are also highly encouraged to observe and conduct these measures.
