📢 SERVICE UPDATE

Good news! Paunti-unti na pong bumabalik at umaayos ang internet connection sa affected areas. As of now, around 60% of our network has already been restored. 💙

However, some customers may still experience:
• Buffering
• Slow connection
• Intermittent internet
• Temporary disconnections

This is normal while ongoing pa rin ang restoration and stabilization of the remaining affected lines.

Our technical team is continuously working onsite to fully restore and stabilize all connections as soon as possible.

Restoration may vary depending on your location and affected line status, but please know that progress is continuously being made.

We understand that it has already been over 24 hours since the service interruption, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

The issue was due to a fallen electric post that resulted in damaged and cut cables in the area. As of now, the electric and technical teams are still actively working onsite, carefully restoring and reconnecting the affected lines.

We know this delay has been frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience. Please know that restoration takes time to ensure safety and proper reconnection, but our team is doing everything possible to restore your internet service as soon as possible.
