In a momentous homecoming, Dr. Majah-Leah V. Ravago, president and chief executive officer of the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), recently visited the Provincial Government of Bataan at the invitation of Bataan Governor Jose Enrique “Joet” Garcia, III. This visit aimed to delve into Bataan's pioneering development initiatives, marking a significant return to her roots for Dr. Ravago, a native of the town of Samal.
