2-Day Session

🔘 Day 1 (2 hours)

I. Body (30 minutes)
• Stretching sessions for face, hand gestures and body movements
• Body on camera

II. Voice (30 minutes)
• Stretching sessions for vocal strength, vocal variations and stamina
• Voice on camera

III. Mind (30 minutes)
• Stretching sessions for mind setting, therapeutic goal-making
• Mind on camera

IV. What is Storytelling Performance? (30 minutes)
• Experiential approach

I. Storytelling Performance (45 minutes)
• Individual preparation
