Primary Job Responsibilities:
📌Responsible for handling inbound restaurant take-out orders in English
📌Handle escalated customer interactions in a call center to give excellent service and customer satisfaction, ensuring customer retention, and increasing business for our clients
📌Work with other co-workers to meet the needs of the company and clients
📌Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
✅Excellent English communication skills
✅At least a Senior High School graduate
✅At least 18 years of age
✅Amenable to graveyard shift schedule
✅Willing to work on-site
