We just kicked off Insights: Small Talks, Big Ideas—our new in-house design lecture series! Last month, Arch. Len Marzo, our Project Management Director, and Arch. Hannah Sevilla from the Sustainability Team led a refresher on the fundamentals of sustainable architecture. More than an add-on, sustainability must remain the default in everything we design. 🌱

Visionarch continues to support future professionals through UST and Architecture Network - Archinet. On May 2, our CEO Daniel Terence Yu spoke at the 14th National Architecture Symposium at Marquis Place, BGC, alongside renowned eco-architect Ken Yang and Jia Xin Chum of Henning Larsen. The event also gathered local practitioners, Gelo Mañosa, Gepo de Mesa, and Ronnie Yumang.

Speaking on the theme Weaving Visions, Yu shared how personal journeys can shape professional practice. Visionarch also mounted an exhibit at UST and hosted architecture students for a career talk and office tour.

Construction is in full swing at Primehomes Capitol Hills, a 12-tower residential development! Last March 15 was a double celebration as Primehomes topped-off the Liana, its 6th tower, and broke ground on its 7th and 8th new towers, Althea and Narra. These milestones mark significant steps towards the vision of creating a residential community amidst nature, an urban oasis in the heart of Quezon City.
