Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months BPO recruitment sourcing/selection experience.
- Desire to achieve aggressive recruiting goal under tight deadlines.
- Strong Interpersonal skills.
- Experience with candidate tracking database, Excel, Internet and other recruitment technology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of integrity, judgment and follow- through.
- Strong attention to details.
