Its been a while since we last cooked this…
𝐇𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧. Chicken poached in a broth thats infused with ginger, garlic, herbs and spices, and served with Hainanese Rice (rice cooked in the chicken broth), and soup (the actual chicken broth). Best enjoyed with dipping sauces: hoisin sauce, chili sauce and ginger scallion oil. FUIYOOOOOH!!!
