Peer Review is the process of reviewing the plans, designs, calculations etc of consultants, owners, and contractors. For example, the owner hired a consultant to do an estimate of his proposed project, peer review will involve the review of this estimate. Peer review can also be availed if you are constructing a project on a do it yourself (DIY) basis. For example you want to validate the positions of your footings, columns, and beams.
