📝 Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Strong knowledge in Employee & Labor Relations (labor standards, DOLE coordination)

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Willing to work on-site during official hours with full-time commitment

Preferably with exposure to all key areas of HR: recruitment, compensation, employee engagement, labor relations, HRIS
