ALA VERDE

Ala Verde Trading started in late 2017. Like most Filipino families, we also have our own family recipes, and one of which is our homemade atchara. Our atchara is unique because of its crunchiness that gives extra texture to match its taste. Ala Verde’s atchara is specially tasty that it works as a perfect complement to fried and grilled dishes.

Our first product was the 250-gram bottle of atchara, which we first started selling through our page. Penetrating such a highly competitive industry made it difficult to market a widely popular side dish and to sell it online, especially during the first few months. Finding the right strategy and branding for us led us to our first big client.

Now, we are proudly distributing our atchara to all branches of Coffee Project in the Philippines. They serve Ala Verde atchara as a side dish to Filipino meals on their menu, such as tapa, bangus, etc.

We plan to expand and produce more healthy side dishes that everyone will enjoy pairing with their favourite Filipino dishes.
