UpraisIT is looking for a dependable and tech-savvy Operations Manager to lead daily operations, manage onsite and remote teams, and help scale our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Oversee daily operations and workflows
✅ Manage remote & onsite teams
✅ Ensure client deliverables and service quality
✅ Implement systems, CRM tools, and process improvements
✅ Provide operational reporting and support company growth

Qualifications
✔ 3–5 years Operations Management experience
✔ Background in BPO, outsourcing, or IT services
✔ Experience managing distributed teams
✔ Familiar with CRM/project management tools
✔ Strong leadership and organizational skills

⭐ Experience with HubSpot, Odoo, ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools is a plus.
