A MESSAGE TO HUMAN NATURE CUSTOMERS

To our dear customers,

First of all, on behalf of our employees, branches, partner communities and suppliers, I would like to thank each and every one of you for your continued support of Human Nature.

Under normal circumstances, Human Nature provides excellent service, usually delivering orders in just 1-2 working days from time of ordering. However, since the start of ECQ, we have experienced a huge surge in online ordering and have greatly struggled to meet our usual leadtimes. As a result, delivery times have stretched to as much as a week in Metro Manila and as much as two weeks in the provinces. I would like to express my sincere apologies and the apologies of my entire team for these delays. We are greatly troubled by this and are working hard to change this situation as quickly as possible.

Our entire processing team is doing work from home, some with unstable internet connections, children under their feet and cramped, noisy work spaces. This has resulted in delays in processing some orders. We have also struggled to bring enough people into our warehouse to pack orders on time due to extreme lockdown in areas where many of them live in Quezon City. Then lastly, our couriers have struggled to meet their usual excellent delivery times due to lacking personnel for the same reasons. These three factors have all contributed to delays.

We sincerely and humbly apologize for the disappointment and frustration that these may have caused you, our beloved advocates and customers. Our processing team is working overtime and we have now drafted in people from other teams in Human Nature to try to help process your orders and queries within our usual 2-3 hours processing time. For the warehouse, we have had team members who volunteered to stay in the warehouse overnight to help catch up when we had a backlog there. On the delivery side, we have started working with a fleet of out of work motorcycle riders who normally serve fast food outlets and this has greatly helped speed up our deliveries in Metro Manila.

We are hopeful that we will return to 1-3 working day delivery times in Metro Manila by the end of this week. For the provinces though, delivery times will most likely remain much longer than normal until the end of ECQ.

We ask for your renewed patience as we quickly try to adapt to the wave of changes that we are all undergoing. Please rest assured that we will do our utmost to provide the excellent customer service experience that each Human Nature client rightly deserves.
