MyOwnSpace is the brand the represents the ideals and principles of Sps. Christian Jay and Francia Julia Pulido when it comes to real estate practice and ownership. Both are licensed real estate brokers who have been catering to clients for the past 10 years, mostly belonging to the mid-market condominium segment.

Primarily at the moment, the services of MyOwnSpace are focused on condominium sales and rentals, as implied by the word “Space” in MyOwnSpace. The brand represents the belief that with our current pace of life here in the city, having a space that you could call your own could be most efficiently achieved by purchasing or renting a condominium.

If you already have a condominium at the moment, we are here to help you maximize the potential of such in relation to your current situation.

We are technically not restricted to offering other kinds of properties such as house and lots since they are still considered spaces, however the subtle impression that we want MyOwnSpace to make is that we do primarily cater to the mid market condo segment. This is the typical 2M – 9M condo buyers who belong to the mid to higher tier of the middle class, who want the most value for their money.
