Minimum requirements:
• Candidate must have a Customer Service Background.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Experience in Billing and Telecommunications - favoured.
• Solid understanding of invoice management concepts and implementation techniques, performance monitoring and management.
• SQL knowledge is preferable.
