Job Title: UX/UI and Graphic Designer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced UX/UI and Graphic Designer to join our early stage health tech startup. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work in both user experience and graphic design, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating innovative and intuitive digital experiences.

Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and create intuitive, user-centered designs for our digital health products
•Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders
•Develop and maintain a cohesive visual design language across all digital products
•Create graphics and visual elements to support branding and marketing efforts
•Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and testing
•Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
Qualifications:
•3+ years of experience in UX/UI and graphic design
Strong portfolio of work in both UX/UI design and graphic design
•Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
•Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking
•Strong skills in graphic design software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
•Experience in health tech or related field is a plus
•Strong communication and collaboration skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
