New Year's Eve parties are a blast for us, but they can be super scary for our furry friends. Lots of pets freak out at the loud noises from fireworks and music, and they might try to make a run for it.
Keep your pets safe and have a great time by following these tips:

A heartwarming Christmas activity continues in Pinamalayan as the BFP MIMAROPA carry out their 2nd Year Christmas Feeding for stray and unattended dogs and cats under the Project PAWSAFE
This meaningful outreach is one of the project’s highlights, spreading care, compassion, and responsibility toward animals that need it most. It stands as a reminder that where there is love for nature and animals, humanity truly begins.
Grateful for everyone who supports this mission of kindness, especially during the season of giving. May this simple act of love continue to inspire compassion beyond Christmas and into everyday life.

Maraming salamat, BFP MIMAROPA, sa tapat na serbisyo at sa walang sawang pagtulong at malasakit sa kapwa at sa mga hayop na bahagi ng ating komunidad. Mabuhay Kayo!
Rescue operations conducted by BFP MIMAROPA personnel in Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro for victims of flooding caused by heavy rains went beyond saving human lives. They also reached out to animals, who are often the silent and forgotten victims during disasters. These voiceless beings are part of our communities, our homes, and our lives. Through the combined efforts of pet owners and the BFP, working hand in hand, we were reminded of the true meaning of compassion and unity. Because in times of crisis, no life is too small to matter and no one deserves to be left behind.

Hindi lang sa gitna ng emergency kailangan sila sagipin—kailangan din nila ng pagkain, at ng konting malasakit.
Ang tao, kapag nagugutom, marunong magsalita, marunong humingi. Pero ang hayop? Tahimik lang silang nagdurusa.

Rainy days are tough for stray animals—they have nowhere to go, struggle to find food or shelter, and are often caught in floods or run over by vehicles and left to die. Let’s be compassionate towards them — showing kindness costs nothing, and it’s just what we should do. Being kind to animals isn’t optional; it’s part of what it means to be human.
📍Let's not forget the animals during disasters like fires, typhoons and other emergencies—they deserve to be saved too. ❤️🙏

Stray animals face a tough existence, battling daily struggles in finding food, clean water, and safe shelter especially during the rainy season. Without these essentials,their lives are a constant fight for survival.
This rainy season, we're excited to bring back our Meals on Wheels Feeding Program, "Bon ApPAWtit," on July 22, 2025, to help out our stray furry friends in Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro.
"When the rains pour, the bowls stay empty. Let's not forget the voiceless this season. " 🐶🐱❤️
