𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗰𝗸, 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 & 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲.😵

Feeling stuck starts with your thoughts. and those thoughts frame how you see the world.

Unfortunately, it’s so easy to use our thoughts just to create narratives like...

🚩 "oh my God. i don't know what to do"
🚩 "this is a tough position to be in"
🚩 "I'm stuck. I can't move forward"

but let me ask you...

𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗘? 😕

This is where I exactly helped my client.

Even though she had already built a successful business, she was having a hard time firing her employee.

❌ This drained her energy.
❌ This was weighing her down that her business will suffer in the long run if she didn't make a decision.

But then after working together, she realized that this was rooted to her personal story of not being good enough when she let go of someone.

Now she can separate her own personal doubts to her business decisions. 🙂

I believe as leaders, we constantly need to make difficult decisions & yet we don't have much time to stay stuck because there's a lot of risks & implications bound to happen.

This is why it is crucial for us to have self awareness so that we don't self sabotage & let our own insecurities stop us from achieving what we truly want in life.

You are your values, your dreams, your ambitions & even your fears.

All you need is someone who can act as your mirror to reflect back who you are & present you different perspectives so you can start choosing things that are aligned to the life you truly want. 🙂
