Subject: Request for Assistance / Donation – Classroom Needs

Dear Lions Club Members,

Greetings of peace and solidarity!

I am writing to you as a concerned parent and active PTA officer at Manibaug Libutad Elementary School, located in Porac, Pampanga. I currently serve as PTA President – Grade 2 and PTA Vice‑President – Grade 4.

I am a single mother of five children — two are with my former spouse, while three young girls are under my care. At present, I do not have regular employment and am looking for night‑shift work, so I can attend to my children’s schooling and school activities during the day.

Through my role in the PTA, I have observed that our classrooms need improvement — particularly electric fans and other basic facilities — which are old and inefficient. Many parents here have limited income and large families, so additional contributions are already very difficult. Any support from your organization will greatly ease this burden and provide a better learning space for the children.

It would be a privilege if the Lions Club could visit our school to see our situation firsthand. We are open to partnerships and projects that benefit our learners and teachers.

Rest assured that every donation or assistance will be properly recorded, acknowledged, and used exactly for the intended purpose.
