The 4-H MAYA Municipal Federation of Pototan successfully conducted its Monthly Meeting on June 13, 2026, at the Second Floor, Municipal Agriculture Office, led by Federation President Aljon P. Grande and Secretary Faith Benadero.

The primary agenda of the meeting was the adoption and approval of the Federationโ€™s Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives (VMGO), which will serve as the official guiding framework for all programs, projects, and activities of the organization moving forward. This milestone reflects the federationโ€™s strong commitment to youth leadership, organizational direction, and long-term sustainability.

Other matters discussed during the meeting included the finalization of the 5-Year Development Plan, preparations for the upcoming Provincial Achievement Day (PAD) 2026, and initial planning for proposed activities for the month of July.

The meeting concluded with a renewed sense of unity and purpose, reinforcing the federationโ€™s commitment to setting high standards in 4-H leadership and youth development.

4-H MAYA has successfully concluded its Think. Plan. Lead: 4-H Youth Empowerment Training on Strategic Planning and Critical Thinking with the theme "From Vision to Action: Shaping Globally Competitive 4-H Leaders" held from May 27-29, 2026, at PMPC Pool, Brgy. Cau-Ayan, Pototan, Iloilo.
The activity led by Aljon P. Grande, Federation President, together with selected officers.

A total of 22 participants attended the training and demonstrated active involvement, commitment to learning, and dedication to developing leadership, critical thinking, and strategic planning skills.

The training aimed to address existing gaps by providing the participants with practical tools and knowledge to transform ideas to concrete action.

The event features the following speakers: Hon. John Denver S. Sabando, Most Outstanding 4-H Member of the Philippines awardee, Sir Daryl T. Lutero, CPU Social Science Faculty Member, and Sir Heber Paul C. Dalen, Teacher I, Gama Integrated School.

Moreover, the Municipal Agriculture Office-Pototan served as the training management team (TMT), led by Sir Gilbert B. Quimba, MA, together with Ma'am Allyza Joy T. Bolivar, Municipal Coordinator; Ma'am Vanissa Mae C. Ebron; Ma'am Niรฑa Shen B. Castillo, AT; and Sir Freddie Dabobor, Driver.
