Concrete pouring isn’t just about filling space, it’s about precision, timing, and structural
integrity.

Proper slab pouring requires:
1. Well-secured reinforcement (followed as per plan and inspected)
2. Accurate spacing and placement (rough-ins) of systems and utilities (PPR water lines, sanitary lines, ACU drains, CCTVs and other electronics)
3. Continous placement to avoid cold joints.
4. Also critical are vibration for compaction to avoid honeycombs/ampaw
5. Leveling for uniform thickness
and
6. Curing to achieve full design strength.

A well-executed pour today ensures structural durability for decades.
