Dalawang araw bago magpasko, isang napakalaking biyaya para sa sampung barangay mula sa bayan ng President Roxas, Makilala at Alamada ang personal na pag-turnover ni Governor Emmylou “Lala” Taliño-Mendoza ng Serbisyong Totoo Rescue Vehicles (STRV) mula sa pamahalaang panlalawigan ng Cotabato.

Kabilang sa mga barangay na nakatanggap ng tig-isang unit ng Toyota LiteAce na nilagyan ng blinker, air conditioning system, at fire extinguisher ang Polayagan, Alamada; Luayon, Makilala; at Lama-lama, Kisupaan, Del Carmen, Kamarahan, Lomonay, Idaoman, Camasi at New Cebu na pawang nasa bayan ng President Roxas. Ang naturang mga sasakyan ay bahagi ng 200 STRV units na pinondohan ng probinsya na magagamit ng mga barangay sa panahon kalamidad at sakuna.

Sa kanyang naging mensahe, pinasalamatan ni Gov. Taliño-Mendoza ang naging partisipasyon ng lokal na pamahalaan sa pagsisikap ng probinsya na makamit ang isang ligtas, mapayapa at matatag na Cotabato.//idcd-pgo-sotto/PhotobyWMSamillano//
