Congratulations, Dean Jefferson A. Bulan!

On April 14, 2026, the nationwide nomination and confirmation process of the Philippine Architecture Schools Association (PhilASA) was conducted with the participation of all corporate member schools. This was held at the United Architects of the Philippines Headquarters, alongside the election of the new Regional Directors.

Following this, on April 18, 2026, the PhilASA Board convened at SMX Convention Center Manila – Meeting Hall 04 to finalize and determine its national leadership for FY 2026–2027. During this assembly, Ar. Junar Tablan, Dean of Mapúa University, was nominated as the new National President, alongside the formation of the full national board.

We proudly share that our very own Dean, Ar. Jefferson A. Bulan has been determined as the new National Vice President for Operations. Prior to this, he served two terms as Southern Luzon Regional Director, demonstrating steadfast leadership and commitment to advancing architectural education and collaboration.

For FY 2026–2027, the rest of the national officers are:
• Ar./EnP Arch. Sylvester Seno, MArch-ctm, Dean of Adamson University – Vice President for Programs
• Ar. Carmen Bettina S. Bulaong, PhD, Dean of University of the Philippines Diliman – General Secretary
• Ar. Harvey Vasquez, Dean of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde – National Treasurer
• Ar. Rady Ventura, Dean of University of Santo Tomas – National Auditor
