For 35 years, we’ve been on a mission to nurture leaders who serve as Christian role models. This identity starts early, and a beautiful example is our Bawa't Isa Bayani (BIB) program in Alfonso, Cavite. 🇵🇭

BIB focuses on 9- to 12-year-olds from underserved communities, anchoring their growth in the core Filipino values of bayanihan, pakikipagkapwa, and kabutihang-loob. By fostering good habits and virtue, we help these young students become the "bayani" our nation needs—citizens who will lead and transform their own communities. 🕊️

Originally a spinoff from a 12-year program for OWWA scholars, BIB proves that whether you are a child or a professional, PEPPI is a catalyst for your unique leadership journey. To say "I am PEPPI" is to choose to be a hero exactly where you are.
