UP Design Core

This May 01, UP Design Core celebrates and stands in solidarity with our Filipino workers, honoring the immense grit and perseverance that define the very heart of our nation. While we take this day to recognize the contributions of those who build our cities, harvest our food, and drive our economy, we must acknowledge that true celebration is impossible without addressing the systemic burdens they carry.

It is a time to continue to stand firm and struggle for the dignity that every Filipino worker deserves, to demand an end to the corruption that bleeds our public funds dry and to call for immediate action against the relentless, soaring prices of basic goods that continue to outpace stagnant wages. We must remain steadfast in our commitment to advocate for the fundamental rights of every Filipino worker, ensuring that no one is left behind in the pursuit of progress.

Patuloy na tumindig at makibaka para sa dangal ng bawat Manggagawang Pilipino. Higit sa pagpupugay, makiisa sa panawagan para sa tunay na pagbabago. Maligayang Araw ng mga Manggagawa! ✊
