As a patient, you need to set a consultation audio and video visit schedule. You need to download a telemedicine application and create an account. Make sure that you have an active personal email account to secure your data privacy. You may open this application on your smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer that has high-speed internet access, audio and camera. Once you have filled out your consultation schedule completely, a confirmation will be sent through your email account. Attend your consultation audio and video appointment that can be done anywhere with good internet connection, enough privacy, and of course, with comfort. If you prefer to have someone accompany you during your appointment in consideration of device or technology use, you may do so.
