A quick reminder to our customers...

⦿ Laundry not claimed within 30 days will be charged a storage fee of ₱50.00.

⦿ Laundry not claimed within 60 days will be disposed of to cover the cost of services rendered.

⦿ WASH EXFRESH shall not be LIABLE for any damages incurred due to the following:
⦾Natural effect of the washer and dryer on the garments. To avoid such incidents, clients should declare the fragility of items to the washer and dryer.
⦾Cases of fire, flood, and other unforeseen events.

⦿ WASH EXFRESH shall not be LIABLE for any charges resulting from the normal washing and drying process (e.g. loss of buttons, anything left in pockets) including shrinking and fading of garments.

⦿ WASH EXFRESH reserves the right to confirm customers of any discrepancy within 24 hours.

⦿ Complaints will only be entertained within 24 hours from the date of pick-up of laundry.
