The objective was to evaluate the current health of the structures, map internal reinforcement, and provide data-driven insights for long-term operational safety.

• Concrete Quality Evaluation: Conducted non-destructive Rebound Hammer Testing to estimate the in-situ compressive strength of structural elements.

• Reinforcement Verification: Utilized advanced rebar scanning equipment to map out concrete cover and internal reinforcement layouts.

• Engineering Analysis: Performed a comprehensive structural investigation to check the buildings against current code compliance and safety standards.
