Draped in elegant gowns and refined suits, Grade 10 learners illuminated the evening with their Cotillion de Honor, adding grace and enchantment to the Graduation Ball 2026 anchored on the theme โ€œWhispers of the Enchanted Realm: Where Magic Gathers and Memories Bloom.โ€

With synchronized steps and poised movements, the pairs glided across the floor as if moving through a realm of starlight and wonder as the dance became one of the most spellbinding highlights of the night.

The captivating performance was made possible through the guidance of Sir Arnel Serrano, who carefully mentored the students throughout their preparations and practices, alongside Ma'am Mary Ann Labis and Ma'am Juliet Ursal, who also served in choosing the Mystic Rhythm Duo winners, sprinkling another dash of magic into the nightโ€™s festivities.

Under soft lights and a dreamlike atmosphere, the graduating students of Southville 8B National High School stepped into a night that felt like a page from a fairytale. On March 6, 2026, the much-awaited Graduation Ball 2026 unfolded with the theme โ€œWhispers of the Enchanted Realm: Where Magic Gathers and Memories Bloom.โ€

For the Grade 10 learners, the evening was more than a celebration. It was a moment suspended between the past they cherished and the future waiting to unfold.

Graced by the Masters of Ceremony, Sir Arjay Cortez and Ma'am Krizzel Aragon, the program opened with a solemn prayer led by Maโ€™am Salvacion Anagaran, setting a reflective tone for the event and was followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem led by Sir Johnleth de la Cruz.

In his opening remarks, Principal Sir Leandro D. Matociรฑos warmly welcomed the teachers, non-teaching personnel, and the graduating students who filled the venue. He spoke about lifeโ€™s unfolding journey - how one chapter may close but another always opens.

โ€œDreams are waiting to take shape,โ€ he shared, encouraging the learners to pursue their goals with perseverance. He described the graduates as fireflies in an enchanted garden, shining brightly with promise and potential. The metaphor captured the spirit of the night. Hopeful, magical, and full of possibilities.

Adding warmth to the program, SPTA President Sir Jun Mantala delivered an inspirational message, applauding the presence of teachers and SPTA officers who supported the celebration. Smiling as he reminisced about his own prom experience, he invited the students to fully enjoy the evening and treasure the memories they were about to create.

One of the most captivating highlights of the event was the Cotillion de Honor, where selected students took center stage. Dressed in elegant gowns and formal suits, they moved gracefully across the floor, their steps synchronized with the music. The performance symbolized not only elegance but also the unity and friendship shared among the graduating class.

A meaningful moment followed when SSLG President Jhesxra Tamayo led the Oath of the Southvillian Alumni, reminding the learners of the values they carry as Southvillians.

The program then turned reflective as Gwynneth Mintalar presented the โ€œBatch 2026 Prophecy.โ€ Through a creative and hopeful narrative, she envisioned the possible paths and futures of her batchmates. Their dreams of success, leadership, and purpose waiting to be fulfilled.

As the enchanted evening unfolded, several students were recognized for embodying the magical spirit of the celebration.

Enchanted Aura awardees were Marc Zhian Bartolome of Gaea and Cheska Romano of Poseidon, whose presence and charm reflected the mystical elegance of the night.

The title Darling of the Enchanted Realm were bestowed upon April Manalo of Eros and Prince Pamatian of Apollo, whose warmth and grace captured the admiration of the audience.

For the Mystic Rhythm Duo, the dance floor came alive through Dennis Obeรฑa of Hera and Katrene Rodriguez of Zeus, whose vibrant energy added rhythm and excitement to the celebration.

Meanwhile, Zyahna Salas of Hera and Christian Jude Flores of Zeus were hailed as the Fairy King and Queen of Elegance, embodying poise and timeless charm.

The most awaited moment of the evening came with the crowning of the King and Queen of the Enchanted Realm 2026, awarded to Kylie Bermudo of Athena and Carl Jasfer Fabile of Zeus, whose regal presence perfectly represented the theme of the magical celebration.

Throughout the night, laughter echoed across the hall, cameras flashed endlessly, and friendships were celebrated in every corner. Beneath the enchanting decorations and glowing lights, students danced, shared stories, and captured memories they would carry long after graduation.

For Batch 2026, the evening was not simply a formal gathering. It was a celebration of growth, camaraderie, and dreams.

Like whispers in an enchanted realm, the memories of this night will linger. These are the quiet, magical reminders of a chapter that shaped them and the future that now awaits them.
