JUNE 29, 2026 — With pride, honor, and commitment, the KVSHS Rover Scout Circle 16 gathered for a meaningful Flag Ceremony. A symbol of unity, discipline, and service.
As we raise our flag, we are reminded of our duties as Scouts to lead with integrity, serve with compassion, and uphold the values of responsibility.

⚜️FLAG RETREAT CEREMONY⚜️
JUNE 26, 2026 — As the day came to an end, the KVSHS Rover Scout Circle 16 gathered for the Flag Retreat Ceremony. The Rover Scouts stood at attention, paid their respects to the Philippine flag, and observed the ceremony with discipline and unity.
It reminds every Rover Scout to stay united, responsible, and committed to living by the Scout Oath and Law in their daily lives.
