What does leadership mean to you?

Being a leader comes with great responsibility. Those who fulfil it not only grow themselves but also help those around them to grow.

Whether leading a small team, a community group or the entire world, you can't fulfil your vision unless the people around you support you and do their best. This is what successful leaders do. They do not boast about themselves but encourage and motivate others.

If you're a leader at any level, make sure you give people in your team opportunities to grow, express their views, be involved in decision-making, value their contributions and recognise their efforts. After all, being a team is about bringing out your best qualities, and leadership is about discovering those qualities.
