Throwback to the day “Gwen” was about to level up. 🔧🔥
Snapped this just before my Toyota Carina E Liftback went under the knife for a heart transplant the legendary 3SGE 3rd Gen swap.
From a humble daily to something with real bite. That ready attitude, higher revs, better throttle response this was the moment Gwen was about to wake up for real.
Sometimes it’s not just about building a car… it’s about building the story behind it.

Farewell Friday! ❤️❤️❤️
Today, I finally let go of my favorite project car — Friday.
She’s officially sold.
It wasn’t an easy decision, but I’m glad she went to a friend, and at a really good price. More than the money, what matters to me is the hope that I’ll get to see Friday shining again someday… the way she used to be when she was still running strong and turning heads everywhere.
I had to sell her because of budget, time, and because I need to focus on my Carina E Liftback restoration. As much as I wanted to keep Friday, I couldn’t just let her sit and rot. She deserved better.
I’m really hoping my friend brings her back to her old glory not just strip her for parts. But at the end of the day, it’s his call now. Still, I’m hoping for Friday’s comeback… and who knows once I have the budget, I’m willing to buy her back in the future.
