though we do not have a homeowners assoc. yet hoping homeowners will adhere on clean and clear roads. of course, construction is fine but afterwards, clearing the roads with dumped soil is appreciated. neighbors may keep their silence, but a clear and clean road will bring us all more convenience and comfort..

Wishful thinking. A decent service road. The saddening fact roads easily destroyed by trucks competing citizenry and depriving people of clean not muddy road. The fact public schools are within our vicinity pity the school kids who cannot afford rides but walk unsafely at muddy streets.
