Seeking Within

Hindi aksidente na nagkakilala tayo. Plano ito ng Diyos — na dumating ka sa buhay ko, at ako sa buhay mo.

May dahilan kung bakit nagtagpo ang ating mga landas. May mga taong dumarating para maging alaala, may ilan para magturo ng aral, at mayroon ding nagiging inspirasyon — ang iba, ginagamit ng Diyos para hubugin tayo sa taong gusto Niyang maging tayo.

Lahat ng pagkikita ay may layunin. Lahat ng ugnayan ay may saysay. Kaya dapat natin pasalamatan ang Diyos sa bawat taong ipinakilala Niya sa atin.

Nagkakilala tayo dahil kalooban Niya. Sa dami ng tao sa mundo, tayo ay pinagtagpo — at nagpapasalamat ako ro’n. Ginusto ito ng Diyos.

“Kulang lang ’yan sa dasal.”
We hear this often.
But sometimes, that phrase—though well-intentioned—can wound more than it heals.

Prayer is sacred.
It opens our hearts to God.
Yet, not all pain disappears after one prayer.
Depression, anxiety, and deep sorrow are not signs of weak faith.
They are human experiences that need both divine help and human support.

The Savior never told the weary, “Pray harder.”
He said, “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)

“Broken minds can be healed just the way broken bones and broken hearts are healed. While God is at work making those repairs, the rest of us can help by being merciful, nonjudgmental, and kind.”

Please remember that God’s love doesn’t depend on your strength.
It’s okay to ask for help.
It’s okay to see a counselor, take medication, or talk to someone you trust.

Healing is not a lack of faith.
It’s faith in action.
Because sometimes, prayer is where healing begins—
and people are where God sends His answers.
