Community One Resources Development - CORD Inc.

𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃: On May 5, 2026, our Community Development Facilitator, Keren, successfully facilitated a Problem Identification and Prioritization (PIP) meeting in Barangay Tagbon, Milagros, Masbate, with the active participation of 122 households from Purok 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. The meeting was conducted following three months of community integration and relationship building focused on gaining a deeper understanding of the local culture.

The participating households prioritized the following three key issues:
👉Prevalence of unprotected dug wells and insufficient supply of clean water💧
👉Limited awareness regarding the health impacts of unsafe toilets and open defecation.🚽
👉Insufficient school supplies and reading materials for students✏️📒

This activity underscores the vital role of community participation in identifying poverty-related challenges and collaborating on sustainable solutions to build a more resilient and progressive Tagbon.
